One among many signatures of the Professor Tenuche-led administration of the Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, is the reconstruction and rehabilitation of major roads and connecting roads within the campus.
On Thursday, May 25 2023, the reconstruction of the Olusegun Obasanjo Road, the Ogugu Road, and the Principal Officers’ Quarters Road, all within the campus commenced. In a conversation with the Prince Abubakar Audu University Anyigba Media Team, the University’s Director of Physical Planning, Arch. Kayode A. Oloninisi, PhD, commented that the road reconstruction project which is just one of many infrastructural projects on campus adds to the number of previously reconstructed roads by the Professor Tenuche-led administration, including the completed Prince Abubakar Audu Way and the Idah Avenue.

Recall that the roads; Olusegun Obasanjo Road, the Ogugu Road, and the Principal Officers’ Quarters road, now under reconstruction, were visited by the PAAU Governing Council led by Prof. Ibrahim Abdul-Aguye in the company of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Marietu Ohunene Tenuche, other principal officers and Council members, in a tour of some facilities, ongoing projects, and sites of future projects on campus on Mar. 30 2023.
