PAAU’S VC EXTOLS GOVERNOR YAHAYA BELLO’S LEADERSHIP PROWESS

The Vice-Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, Professor Marietu Ohunene Tenuche, has hailed the Executive Governor of Kogi State and Visitor to the University, His Excellency, Alh. (Dr) Yahaya Adoza Bello, for his goal-getting superintendence over the affairs of Kogi State and the snowballing effect of improved security on the University campus.

In her opening speech at the 24th Matriculation ceremony of the University held at the Old Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, the Vice Chancellor noted that the University Management, through efficacious policies and astute management, is in constant pursuit of the New Direction agenda of the Administration of his Excellency, Alh. Dr. Yahaya Adoza Bello.

This Agenda, the VC emphasized, includes the creation of a holistically conducive environment for teaching, learning, and research; positively engaging extra-curricular activities like sports, the provision of security of lives and properties, the provision of adequate on-campus accommodation, and the maintenance of an uninterrupted academic calendar, among others.

The VC prayed for God’s continued wisdom and strength upon the Governor to continue to pilot the affairs of the state to higher heights.
